Nature of services

Olcay Arda is a nutritionist and health coach, and the services she provides are nutrition and health coaching. Coaching provides information, guidance and support on nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement and habits. It is not a medical service; it is not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any disease, and it does not replace medical nutrition therapy.

Title and qualifications

Olcay Arda holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Acıbadem University, is qualified as a dietitian in Türkiye, and holds the Precision Nutrition nutrition coaching certification. She is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or a licensed or registered dietitian (RD) in the US or Canada. The services provided are not health care services licensed by the state.

Working with your doctor

If you have a health condition, take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before making changes to your diet, exercise or supplement use. Recommendations made during coaching do not replace your doctor's advice. Decisions about medications, including GLP-1 medications (starting, dosing and stopping), belong to your doctor alone.

Dietary supplements

Information about dietary supplements is general in nature. No supplement is recommended to treat or cure a disease. Check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting a new supplement, especially if you take medication.

Emergencies

Coaching and WhatsApp support are not for emergencies. In a medical emergency, call 911 in the US and Canada, 112 in Türkiye, or the local emergency number where you are.

Coaching agreement

Before coaching begins, every client reads and electronically accepts the Nutrition and Health Coaching Agreement, which covers the nature of the services, fees, rescheduling and refund terms, and the disclosures above. A summary of fees and refund terms is on the Pricing page.

Results

Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. The effect of coaching depends largely on the client applying the recommendations in their own life.

The content on this site is for general information and is not personal medical advice. Stock photos on this site are illustrative; the people shown are not clients.

Privacy

This site does not collect personal data for accounts or advertising. The site is hosted on Cloudflare; Cloudflare may keep technical logs needed to run the site (such as IP addresses) under its own privacy policy, and anonymous visit counts are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

Cookies and Google Analytics

I use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, your device and browser type, your approximate location, and whether you click the WhatsApp or email links. This information is viewed as aggregate statistics; it does not include your name, phone number or the content of your messages, and it is not used for advertising.

You can delete or block Google Analytics cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics on all websites, you can use Google's Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. To learn how Google uses data, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Messages you send on WhatsApp and the health and nutrition information you share during coaching are kept confidential, used only to provide you with services, and not shared with third parties without your consent. Sessions are not recorded without your permission.

California Nutrition Advice Notice

NOTICE: State law allows any person to provide nutritional advice or give advice concerning proper nutrition—which is the giving of advice as to the role of food and food ingredients, including dietary supplements.
